What you receive
One unit of the extension system named above, hand-checked for shine and tangle before it is set aside for you. Your colour and texture match are confirmed with Mina before anything is posted or fitted.
How much hair do I need?
Most first fits take two to three units for length and three to four for full volume. Hair thickness and the look you want change that number, so send Mina a photo of your hair and she will tell you exactly how many units to start with.
Getting the colour right
Colour is matched against your own hair in daylight, not from a screen. Send three photos — front, side and back — with your hair down and loose, and Mina will shortlist the tones that disappear into your own hair.
Care and how long it lasts
Wash with sulphate-free products, brush from the ends upward, and sleep with the hair loosely tied back. With a move-up every six to eight weeks, the hair keeps its finish through many wears.
Fitting and posting
Fitting appointments and posting are both arranged with Mina directly on WhatsApp, so the timing works around your week rather than a fixed checkout.

Which extension system should I choose?
Keratin, tape and weft each sit differently on the head and suit different routines. Tell Mina how often you wash, style and tie your hair back, and the right system becomes obvious.
Will it look natural?
The hair is chosen to match your texture and your own ends, so the join stays invisible even when your hair is pulled back. Natural movement comes from matching the texture, not just the colour.
Can I colour or straighten it?
Yes. Heat and colour are fine, but use a heat protectant and keep the tools below a high setting so the cuticle stays smooth. Mina will show you the safe range for the system you choose.
How do I book a fitting?
